All orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) are processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day.
Delivery time is 48 hours, except for remote areas, the south, and islands. All shipments are made via express courier.
For purchases made during specific promotional periods and holidays (e.g., Christmas), normal processing and shipping times may not be guaranteed.
No, once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it as the products are already registered in the logistics database and are being prepared to ensure the shortest possible processing time.
If you forgot to add a product, you will need to place a new order.
If you have purchased a product by mistake, you can return it once you receive the package.
Standard shipping to Europe costs €10 for all orders under €70 and delivery takes 3-4 working days from order processing.
For orders over 70 euros, we offer free shipping.
